Shipping Rates:

All purchases are shipped within 2 to 4 days using Canada Post and include tracking. For items shipped within Canada and to the US: if your total order is under $30 I use a Canada Post service which does not offer tracking - please let me know before your purchase if you would prefer an upgrade.

Canada - Domestic:

* Order total under $30 - $7.00 shipping  - no tracking available

* Order total $30 to $99 - $15 shipping - XpressPost

* Order total over $100 - $25 shipping - XpressPost

US Cross Border:

* Order total under $30 - $10.00 shipping  - no tracking available

* Order total $30 to $99 - $20 shipping - Tracked packet

* Order total over $100 - $30 shipping - Expedited Parcel

International:

* Flat rate for Purses (order total under $40) - shipping is $12 - no tracking

* Order total $40 or more - $45 shipping - Tracked Packet International


RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted - exceptions may apply.

I have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please read before considering a return.

1. It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase.

2.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn,unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Please contact me before returning an item, letting me know why you wish to return it.
4 You may submit a request for returning your item for up to 21 days after your purchase.
5. Returns will be accepted and refunds issued at my discretion.
7. I am a fair person and will always be willing to work with you on an amiable solution. I thank you for doing the same.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
