Sunset Stripes - Indigo and Rust organic cotton shawl
Warm rust oranges and buttery yellows against an indigo dyed blue green background remind me of the colours of the lake and the mountain sunsets where I live.

After several days in this embrace beautiful rust colours and textures appeared on the cloth. Continuing with the same theme I then bound the cloth before dyeing it in an indigo vat. Beautiful sunset stripes were revealed when the bindings were removed.
